It’s Time.

Headshots are important and the typical assortment of employee provided headshots come with a variety of issues; bad lighting, poor quality, in-cohesive, “Off brand” and sometimes, they are pretty dated.

This can bring down the overall impression of a brand and doesn’t give prospective clients a clear look at who they might be dealing with if they use your business. It’s easy to tell when an employee “headshot” is just a zoomed in crop of a group photo from a long past vacation.

Lining up a successful professional headshot session for an entire staff of people might sound like a special form of herding cats, but I got you. The time to upgrade is now and my system of working with people and photographing them in their best light can create a great headshot of anyone in minutes.

Upgrading your company’s About page and marketing materials with a fresh batch of professional headshots is an important piece of the branding puzzle and I strive to eliminate as many of your pain points as possible.

Book a group headshot session with Rhode Island based headshot photographer Andy DelGiudice that’s fun for your staff and easy for you.

1. Pick a Date

When everyone (or as many as possible) will be together in one place

2. Find a location.

All I need is about 12’x20′ of space in a conference room, hallway, meeting venue, lobby or controlled space. you name it and I will make it work.

3. Select a headshot background

We can choose a background and posing style for your headshots that best fit your brand and target audience. I will bring what I need to your location to create the look you want.

We can pose everyone by standing, sitting on a stool or sitting at a desk. If you aren’t sure yet, we can always touch base about your organization and what might work best.

Typical headshot background options include, but are not limited to;

Bright White

Grays

Something Else

These backgrounds were all found at the client’s location. Headshots can be created anywhere.

Prep your colleagues

Simply send them this info about What to Expect During Their Session a few days before our scheduled session.

It will explain what to wear and what to expect during their 10-15 minute session with me.

No matter your scheduling needs, I will make sure everyone gets through the Headshot Station in a timely and successful manner.

My sessions are quick and easy

I help people get mentally and physically ready for spending a few minutes in front of a camera.

I like to work with all types of people to get natural, relaxed looking headshots that encompass their personality and professionalism. This is my favorite part of the job.

It’ll be a breeze. I promise.

Image Review and Selection

All group sessions include on-site image review and selection.

Images will be available for immediate review on a laptop and I will help each person choose their favorite headshot right after their session. The selection process can be overwhelming for some, but I have a knack for identifying the best of the bunch and explaining how it shows them in their best light.

This process will save you a ton of time from emailing galleries and filenames back and forth between me and your colleagues in the days/weeks/months after the session.

I can even rename the files for you, too!

Image Edits and File Delivery

Finished files will come to your inbox in one simple folder so everything is in one place and easy to keep track of.

I like to deploy a subtle retouch to my headshots. I think people in all forms are great. My retouching style emphasizes the good and lessens the not as great. My mantra is to “eliminate what wouldn’t be there in a week or two.”
